Thyme Syrup (makes 2 cups) 1 c. white sugar 1 c. water 5 sprigs of fresh thyme Dissolve sugar in water while heating to a simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat, add thyme sprigs and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
